Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the firm.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls and efficient accounting procedures.
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support investment decisions and growth initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in finance and accounting, ideally within venture capital, private equity, or a fast-paced investment environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, GAAP, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, accounting systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
