Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and record invoices and employee expenses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts filing.
- Assist with posting and reconciling petty cash transactions.
- Support the Finance team with data entry and basic reconciliations.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks for the Finance team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
