Key Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and record invoices and employee expenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts filing.
  • Assist with posting and reconciling petty cash transactions.
  • Support the Finance team with data entry and basic reconciliations.
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks for the Finance team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
