Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence.
- Support the finance and sales teams with various tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or business administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
