Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients regarding financial inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar accounting role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
