Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards for EMIs across Europe.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies.
  • Oversee cash flow management, treasury functions, and liquidity planning.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior financial role, ideally within the FinTech or EMI sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks applicable to electronic money institutions.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.
