Key Responsibilities

• Respond to parents’ financial inquiries and requirements.
• Manage tuition fee collection and follow up on late payments.
• Manage petty cash, including reconciliation and replenishment.
• Prepare bank collection reports and undertake cheque scanning.
• Manage trips and activities collections and related information.
• Monitor department budgets and prepare monthly income/expenditure statements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in the Education sector is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent office management skills and computer literacy.
