Job Overview
Al Ramz Capital L.L.C is seeking a Finance Operations manager to join our growing team. The Operations manager will be the primary support of the Head of Finance and Operations with regard to back office operations. Will ensure that transactions of the Front Office are carried on appropriately and in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. Will monitor and ensure fund movements between account following the instructions of the Customer Service and Brokers and will be primarily responsible with settlement functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of financial operations of the business.
- Supervise back-office transactions and ensure regularity.
- Manage documentation and controls to prevent insider trading.
- Develop periodic reports, financial plans, and client reviews.
- Provide technical assistance to the department.
- Prepare payments for settlement dues and compute daily net broker position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or Statistics.
- A professional accounting qualification like ACCA, CPA is preferred.
- Five (5) years finance, administration, and back office transactions experience in the same industry.
- Financial and stock market trading business knowledge
- High level understanding of back-office requirements in the same industry
