Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for various business units.
  • Monitor financial performance against plans and identify key trends and variances.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide actionable insights into financial discrepancies.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in financial analysis, ideally within a diversified group.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and compelling presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
