Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory costing, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensures compliance with local financial regulations.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Manage the budget and forecasting processes.
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
