Julphar is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee and manage financial operations across the GCC region. This role involves ensuring robust financial control, compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities for the GCC region.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international accounting standards (IFRS), and company policies.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
