Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance, and internal policies.
• Manage financial risks and implement robust internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to the executive leadership team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Financial Director.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
