Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the FinnOne system and its modules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to FinnOne functionalities.
- Collaborate with business units to optimize FinnOne system usage for banking operations.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles for FinnOne.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies within the FinnOne environment.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on FinnOne features and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a FinnOne expert, preferably within a financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of various FinnOne modules (e.g., Loan Origination, Collections).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively and adapt in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent professional experience in FinnOne.
