Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignment and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
- Supervise and train fleet drivers, promoting efficiency and adherence to policies.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage fleet management systems and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fleet management or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of drivers and operational staff.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to work in Abu Dhabi.
