Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

- Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
