Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an FMCG Sales Manager, specifically in modern trade.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and market dynamics in Bahrain and the GCC.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
