Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant leadership role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
