Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive food safety and hygiene programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food handling areas and operational processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local and international food safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate food safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide essential training and guidance to staff on best practices in food safety and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation pertinent to food safety management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food safety management, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections, detailed risk assessments, and comprehensive reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP, Food Hygiene).
