Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations, maintenance, and repair activities within the Caterpillar section.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards for all equipment and personnel.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and operators to maximize performance.
- Plan and schedule equipment usage, preventive maintenance, and repairs efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of heavy machinery and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment service history, performance, and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role, particularly with Caterpillar heavy equipment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of heavy machinery operations, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
