Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Supervisor and building management with Front of House operations.
- Help manage the shift schedule.
- Monitor all areas and ensure previous issues are resolved.
- Provide reception cover, greeting all guests and VIP visitors.
- Handle corporate events by assisting with venue setup.
- Deliver superior customer service and tenant engagement.
Requirements
- Experience working in a five-star hotel in the UAE.
- Front Office experience (reception).
- Good people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to establish good relationships with clients and service providers.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
