  • Manage room inventory and guest allocation effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
