Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the resort.
- Oversee cash handling and billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front office or guest services supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
