Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of hotel grounds, gardens, and landscaped areas.
- Perform planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing tasks as required.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting any signs of disease or pests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all outdoor spaces.
- Adhere to Marriott’s environmental sustainability guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and gardening techniques is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
