    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead BrandXB’s overall business strategy, growth roadmap, and market positioning.
    • Oversee key client relationships (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, tech brands).
    • Manage day-to-day agency operations across various departments.
    • Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all deliverables.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, pricing models, and cost control.

    Requirements

    • 8–12+ years of experience in a marketing / advertising / digital agency.
    • Proven experience in a senior leadership or GM / Head of Agency role.
    • Strong background in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands (preferred).
    • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
