Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all pool facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and optimal functionality.

- Manage and train a diverse team of pool attendants, lifeguards, and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, luxury pool operations, preferably within an highly reputable integrated resort or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
