Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operations, and profit growth for logistics activities across the UAE.
• Develop and execute a regional logistics strategy covering market entry and network optimization.
• Oversee warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile operations.
• Lead negotiations with key accounts and expand the regional customer base.
• Manage full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Build and develop a high performing, culturally aligned team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling logistics networks.
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics and customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience with TMS/WMS systems and logistics analytics tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
