Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on diesel and gas generators.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in generators.
• Conduct repairs, component replacements, and overhauls as necessary to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generator maintenance or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of generator components, engines, alternators, and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Relevant technical diploma or vocational certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
