As a Global Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with new multinational clients. This role combines commercial excellence, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership to expand Lenovos footprint across all business lines. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping long-term partnerships and delivering integrated technology solutions across IDG, ISG, and SSG.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and retention, expand business within targeted global accounts.
- Collaborate with Enterprise sales and country manager across Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key ecosystem partners.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with global business priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, proposals, RFP responses, and deal closure.
- Provide accurate pipeline visibility and weekly sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience level.
- Minimum 10 years of successful enterprise technology sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas within large enterprise or Fortune 500 segments.
- Strong technical affinity with PC, server, and solutions portfolios or similar technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at executive level.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
