Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
- Support various HR functions including employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong interest in talent management, people development, and innovative HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech savviness.
