Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring governance frameworks and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal administrative procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis on governance best practices and regulatory changes.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments on governance matters.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to corporate governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Associate in a governance, legal, or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
