Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring governance frameworks and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal administrative procedures.
  • Conduct research and analysis on governance best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments on governance matters.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to corporate governance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Associate in a governance, legal, or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and data analysis tools.
