    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies for small businesses in the Nordic region.
    • Identify and implement innovative growth hacking techniques and marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize acquisition funnels.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives.
    • Manage digital marketing channels to maximize reach and conversion rates.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in growth marketing, specifically in customer acquisition.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Finnish) is a plus.
