Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven acquisition strategies for new small businesses across the Nordics.
- Drive customer growth through various digital marketing channels and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align growth efforts and achieve targets.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all acquisition campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for business expansion and market penetration in Denmark, Sweden, or Finland.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic small business market and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Danish, Swedish, or Finnish is a significant advantage.
