Key Responsibilities

• Represent the marina and conduct guest service duties.
• Greet and take care of marina guests, handling all inquiries.
• Prepare documents, update customer database, and generate reports.
• Issue invoices and conclude berthing, storage, and travel lift contracts.
• Collect payments and hand them over to the accounting department.
• Ensure compliance with ISO integrated management systems requirements.

Requirements

• High school or bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Maritime School or a School of Tourism).
• Minimum 2 years of front desk/hospitality and service experience (marina, hotel, or camp).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in using marina management software.
