Key Responsibilities
- Represent the marina and conduct guest service duties.
- Greet and take care of marina guests, handling all inquiries.
- Prepare documents, update customer database, and generate reports.
- Issue invoices and conclude berthing, storage, and travel lift contracts.
- Collect payments and hand them over to the accounting department.
- Ensure compliance with ISO integrated management systems requirements.
Requirements
- High school or bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Maritime School or a School of Tourism).
- Minimum 2 years of front desk/hospitality and service experience (marina, hotel, or camp).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in using marina management software.
