Key Responsibilities

  • Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them, issuing room keys.
  • Take payment from guests on departure and close their bills correctly.
  • Efficiently assist guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
  • Sell rooms to walk-in guests at the maximum rate possible.
  • Ensure the Guest Services Desk is manned, operationally prepared, and stocked at all times.
  • Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring no details are disclosed to anybody.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Must have written, reading, and spoken skills in English.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Microsoft package software skills.
  • Hotel software skills.
