Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and execute innovative menus and recipes that reflect the group’s unique culinary philosophy, blending scent and taste.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all dishes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste efficiently.
- Collaborate with the F&B management team to continuously enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar senior culinary role, with 5+ years in a professional kitchen.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Exceptional culinary creativity and expertise in menu development and execution.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen management best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
