    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture robust client relationships.
    • Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving client satisfaction and retention targets.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
