The European Investment Bank (EIB) is seeking a Head of Data & Corporate Solutions Department based in Luxembourg. This leadership role will be pivotal in managing data and corporate solutions to support the bank’s objectives, contributing to sustainable investment projects and EU policy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Data & Corporate Solutions Department, overseeing strategic planning and execution.
• Define and implement data governance policies and corporate solutions strategies for the bank.
• Manage data architecture, integration, and analytics initiatives to support EU policy objectives.
• Ensure the effective and secure management of corporate data assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated data solutions and insights.
• Drive innovation in data management and corporate reporting systems within the EIB.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in data management or corporate solutions within a large organization.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and advanced analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex IT/Data projects and leading diverse teams.
• Familiarity with financial sector data regulations and EU policy objectives.
