Key Responsibilities
- Developing the technical and operational strategy for FM maintenance across the portfolio.
- Leading pre-bid/site surveys and transforming findings into scope, methodology, staffing, costs, risks, and delivery plans for proposals and project mobilizations.
- Acting as the key technical authority for the HFM contracts and the HFM segment of the TFM contracts.
- Engaging with clients to ensure satisfactory performance, protect the organization’s brand and interests, and manage relationships effectively.
- Managing the HFM sections of the department’s P&L accounts, leading HFM teams, and overseeing their performance.
- Ensuring the safety of all employees within the section and contributing to the overall safety of the organization’s workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Building Services Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 15 years in a Technical Services Capacity.
- 8 years in a Managerial Role.
- At least 3 years in a Senior Role.
- UAE Driving License (Required).
- Prior experience in the service side is a MUST.
