Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, accounting, and auditing activities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar senior financial role.
• Strong background in accounting, auditing, and financial management within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global trading environment.
