Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of 1inch’s Web3 infrastructure.
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems.
• Drive strategic planning for technology initiatives to support business goals within the DeFi space.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices for Web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or DeFi industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and associated infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, network administration, and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
