Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nature-based solutions strategies to enhance environmental sustainability.
• Lead and manage projects focused on ecosystem restoration, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable land management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate nature-based solutions into hotel operations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and report on environmental impact and progress.
• Drive innovation in sustainable practices, ensuring alignment with global environmental standards and company values.
• Foster a culture of environmental stewardship among employees and guests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in environmental management, conservation, or nature-based project development.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of ecological principles, biodiversity, and climate change solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, dynamic hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
