Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nature-based solutions strategies to enhance environmental sustainability.

- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and report on environmental impact and progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in environmental management, conservation, or nature-based project development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of ecological principles, biodiversity, and climate change solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, dynamic hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
