Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the wardrobe department for all entertainment productions.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and maintenance of costumes and accessories.
- Manage wardrobe budgets, inventory, and scheduling for shows.
- Ensure all costumes are maintained to high standards and ready for performances.
- Collaborate with directors, choreographers, and designers to achieve artistic vision.
- Recruit, train, and mentor wardrobe team members to foster a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in wardrobe management, preferably in large-scale entertainment or theatre productions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating staff.
- Excellent knowledge of costume design, textiles, and construction techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by show schedules.
