Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Physical Education department for the Secondary section.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum.
• Oversee teaching standards and student performance in physical education and sports.

• Manage departmental resources, budget, and extracurricular sports activities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a Physical Education department, preferably in a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of British curriculum or similar international educational frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student-centered learning and holistic development.
• Ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
• Relevant qualifications in Physical Education or a related field.
