Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Physical Education department for secondary students.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum aligned with British standards.
• Mentor, support, and evaluate PE staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
• Foster a culture of physical activity, health, and well-being among students.
• Oversee departmental budget, resources, and extracurricular sports programs.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in PE activities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a secondary Physical Education department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in a British curriculum school.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment in PE.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
