Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specific year group, ensuring high standards of student welfare and academic progress.
• Oversee the implementation of the British curriculum, adapting it to meet student needs and school goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
• Manage and support a team of teachers and support staff within the year group.
• Act as a key point of contact for parents, fostering strong home-school partnerships.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with relevant teaching qualifications.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in teaching, including significant experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably within the British curriculum.
• Strong understanding of British educational standards and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor students and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
