Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide HSE training and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in HSE management.
