Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Health Safety Environment role, preferably in the Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
