Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Health Safety Environment role, preferably in the Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
