    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
    • Ensure adherence to all local and international health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for all hotel staff.
    • Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near-misses, recommending corrective and preventative actions.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all safety-related activities, incidents, and training.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Health & Safety Officer, preferably within the hospitality sector.
    • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conduct thorough inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
    • Relevant professional certifications in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
    • Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
