Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, independence, and dignity.
  • Monitor and accurately report any changes in residents’ health, behavior, or well-being to senior staff.
  • Assist residents during mealtimes, ensuring they receive appropriate nutrition and hydration.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe living environment for all residents.
  • Accurately document all care provided and observations in a timely manner.
