Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and person-centred care to residents living with dementia.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote their well-being and cognitive function.
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Uphold the dignity and privacy of residents, ensuring a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements
