Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival.
- Efficiently manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel’s services.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and elegant demeanor with a strong guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
